  • Hannah is a Dallas based licensed massage therapist specializing in myo-fascial release therapy. Filled with passion for movement, specifically in yoga, Hannah became a yoga instructor in July 2020 and teaches at Black Swan Yoga studio in Dallas. Hannah’s experience of teaching movement and regularly observing bodies in motion allows her to take an integrative approach to bodywork. She is currently in the process of a second yoga teaching certification in Trauma Conscious Yoga. Hannah continues to be mentored by her own MFR therapist in Dallas, TX.

  • My journey with myo-fascial release (MFR) began a few years after I suffered serious injuries in a car accident. I underwent surgery and countless rehabilitation modalities before finding MFR. I went to my first MFR session on a whim, without any expectations, and left full of hope.

The more fascial work I received, the more my curiosity on the subject began to grow. That curiosity grew exponentially when I experienced the lasting effects that MFR has on one’s nervous system. I also realized that the benefits of MFR extend far beyond physical relief and have a profound effect on one’s spirit. Eventually, in my own personal healing journey, things started to stick. Long held fascial restrictions and symptoms of my chronic pain diagnosis began to dissolve. Fascial work inherently reconnects you to your body and allows you to be in tune with it on a more detailed level. By cultivating this type of body awareness, you can take an active role in resolving disfunction in your body.

The journey of healing isn’t linear and sometimes feels daunting. My mission is to support you through bodywork and together we can restore balance to your body, and life!
